At PP Duo Label Solutions we supply labels which comply with British Retail Consortium (BRC) food safety criteria, confirmed by the BRC Global Standards certificate. The PP Duo Label Solutions team considers each order individually in order to optimize production costs. Our production capacity allows us to produce any quantity of self-adhesive labels.
Orders are processed from 7 to 14 working days depending on the availability of label components.
Depending on the size of the product and the label area that the self-adhesive label represents, we can use any size and shape of the label that will make the final effect even more attractive. These elements can be a distinguishing factor from the competition. It is also important to maintain consistency with both product and brand identity.
The following factors should be considered when considering an appropriate label configuration integrated with the product being labeled:
Our team guides each Client through the entire label design process from concept, through design, to prepress development by our DTP department. Elements of this process are properly planned:
Our labelling specialists know that in the particularly challenging conditions of deep-freezing, labelling products with moist, cold or deep-frozen surfaces becomes a challenge and requires strong, well-chosen adhesives. This is especially necessary if the food is packaged in packaging with insufficient barrier properties.
Oil is one of the factors potentially affecting the integrity of your label, and it needs solid protection when it comes into contact with oil in any form. By combining an appropriate combination of material, adhesive and lamination, our labels are a reliable solution for combating oil problems. In addition, our labels can be water-resistant and retain their original shape and color when exposed to water – perfect for products that are frequently in contact with moisture.
To meet the demands of harsh weather conditions, our team of labelling specialists analyze product properties, storage conditions and label application conditions. With the information gathered, we recommend the appropriate specialized materials and perform durability tests for the desired requirements.
Our team uses a holistic EcoDesign approach to consider environmental impact at every stage, from concept to print. We offer not only recycled and recyclable materials, but also materials such as corn pulp, cotton, grape waste, and sugar cane. Our graphic design studio provides label designs so that the labeled product container can be easily recycled.
In 2021, Avery Dennison announced the launch of AD Circular, a program to ensure label liner recycling. This allows companies to schedule a pickup of their used label liners to one of AD’s recycling partners. As an AD Circular partner, we support all of our clients to get involved with this project on behalf of a more sustainable future.
